​After receiving a career ending diagnosis on my equitation horse I contacted vets all over the country in search of a solution of how to fix him. After numerous vets gave me the same answer and no hope of a recovery for the horse I reached out to Dr. Jon Matthews. I had worked with Dr. Matthews in the past and trusted his opinion.  Dr. Matthews was the only vet to give me a glimmer of hope.  After a year of visits with Dr. Matthews this horse was not only back in the show ring, but in the winners circle once again!  Without Dr. Matthews commitment to the health of my horse, along with his deep understanding and use of both Eastern and Western medicine this horse’s recovery would have never been possible!
